Interview

Today I had an interview with a website called Loop'd. Here's how it went.

How did you get started?
My uncle Jerry has been a cyclist for over 20 years. One day he brought me a mountain bike and took me for a ride. I have been hooked ever since.

List your competitive highlights:
3-time Montana State Champion -2006 Time Trial -2008 Criterium -2008 Road Race Tour of Idaho 9th place

What are you planning for next season?
I am planning on racing for the Montana U23 team and for team Gas/Insintrik. In August I will be leaving to ride on scholorship for Brevard College.

What has been your biggest accomplishment?
Overcoming a break up with my last girl friend and finding out who I am.

Favorite Car: Subaru Outback

Favorite Magazine: Velo News

Favorite Movie: Miracle

Favorite Trick: Dont have one

Favorite Event: United States National Cycling Championships

Favorite Rider: Tyler Hamilton

What inspires you to compete?
The thought that I can win.

What has been your most embarrassing moment?
uuuhhh...cant really think of one.

Why do you like this sport?
Its challenging. I believe that not everyone can be an elite cyclist. It takes dedication and sacrafice that most people are not willing to put out. It takes pushing yourself to the limit almost everyday and wanting to do it again and again.

Why do you compete?
My competitive mind set really. I always am looking to one-up people and to be the best. I always have to be better than everyone.

How's Life Treating You?
Its ok. All I have been doing is training, recovery, school. Thats about it so boring to some, eventfull for others
