Rocky Mountain Roubaix

Today was totally awesome! It was an epic day in that it rained and snowed during the race and it was extremely hard. The best part was the team effort today in getting Brian Frykman the win. He totally pulled a flyer and beat all the rest of the cat. 3 riders and pro 1,2's. Congrats to Brian awesome job!!! I think he is the toughest guy in the state right now, just purely on fire. Then on top of that Lisa Curry pulled off an amazing effort to win the womens race. I didn't get to see it, but from what I heard she just tore apart the field with a huge contribution to the other three team GAS women. Once again another great team effort. Lisa now is wearing the Montana points leaders jersey as well. Her husband John Curry who raced cat. 2 today and took a close second place to Brian, also pulled on the leaders points jersey. Its just feels so amazing to be on a team that works so well and only for the betterment of the team and not individually. I feel extremely honored to be part of the team and be able to barry myself for the team. I cant wait until the Belt Omnium to race with them again. The team is extremely nice and welcomed me with open arms it felt like. They are people that I am glad to have as my teamates!

I came up to Bozeman on Friday and Jason Delmue was gracious enough to let me stay in his rental house that is EXTREMELY nice. I can honestly say its the nicest house I have ever been in. He charges 1300$ a week I think to rent the place for vacationers and he has let me stay the night for 2 nights just to be with the team. Amazing guy! Thank you Jason, and thank you team GAS/Intrinsik for being so nice and welcoming me onto the team.
