Pre - Race

I have just arrived in Helena, MT after a 300km transfer on my rest day. I got in an hour ride after arriving here and some dinner at the Maccoroni Cafe, great food! Tomarrow promises to be a very busy day. I leave here for a 80km transfer in the morning at 8a.m. to the start of the Cow Country Classic Road Race in Wolfe Creek, MT. The race is 140km then I get straight into the car and have a 380km transfer to Rimrock Auto Arena where I will be attending my graduation ceremony all by 6:30p.m. with the race starting at 10:30a.m.. After graduation I will be having dinner with friends and family then off to Falcon Finalle at 11p.m. until 4a.m. then back to training. I am very excited about the race tomarrow, but it promises to be a very tough race with the temps in the mid 90's and the course being all climbing. I am returning to this race as the reigning champion in the junior category, but I will be racing the pro 1,2 and cat. 3 group tomarrow. I will try and get in a quick update either on the blog or on my twitter which you can also check on my blogsite as well. Good night everyone!!!
